Privacy Policy

We collect only the information needed to process and deliver your order: your name, phone number and delivery address, and (optionally) your email and order notes.

Your data is stored securely and is used solely for order fulfilment, customer support and service updates. We never sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address to send new-arrival and promotional messages. Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

Payment reference numbers (for bKash / Nagad) are stored only to verify your payment. We do not store card numbers or account credentials.

You may request deletion of your customer record at any time by contacting us using the details on our Contact page.
