- Add products to your cart, go to checkout, fill in your delivery details and choose a payment method. No account is needed.
- What are the delivery charges?
- Delivery charge is shown live at checkout based on your area (inside or outside Dhaka). Current rates are always displayed before you confirm.
- Which payment methods do you accept?
- bKash, Nagad and Cash on Delivery. The methods shown at checkout are the ones currently enabled by our team.
- How do I track my order?
- Use the Track Order page with your Order ID (e.g. AR-20260923-0001) and the phone number you ordered with.
- What if the size does not fit?
- Contact us via the phone number on the Contact page as soon as you receive the parcel. See our Shipping Policy for details.
- Do you deliver outside Bangladesh?
- Not yet — we currently deliver inside Bangladesh only. International shipping is planned.
